Dipploy provides an AI-powered platform that helps users plan, build, and deploy projects. The Service includes project management tools, development capabilities, and deployment infrastructure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Dipploy does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

You use the Service at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIPPLOY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dipploy and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any rights of another party

• Your content submitted to the Service

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
